Calling All Vocal Talent!!

Dead Center is currently looking for a vocalist in the Armstrong/Enderby/Surrounding area!
Singing, or screaming, but preferably both!

It started off as a thrash metal band, but we are currently forming our own sound and heading in a different musical direction, most likely to incorporate many different styles of metal, including that of thrash, power, and speed metals.

The Final Fist 2009

One of the Armstrong's local bands Odinfist is getting ready to play their final show of the year before settling down and finishing their next album, "We Are Gods".

So they're doing it with a bang to try and support their album.

The Final Fist 2009 will be held at House Odinfist, now here's the twist. It's going to be a fundraiser show to help Odinfist get some money for making their album...and they need gas money I suppose.

So bring your bottles! Odinfist has said that its perfectly acceptable to steal bottles from neighbors and relatives as a means of bringing as many bottles as you can. They will also be playing some songs from the new album that has yet to be shown to the public. Plus there's always the wicked after party!

Be there, November 28th, 8:35 PM @ House Odinfist. Need directions? Go send Odinfist or Valstar a message on facebook, because I have no idea where it is.

Blood Drunk Shows

Just a follow up on the Kamloops band, Blood Drunk.
They have some other shows coming up besides what was said in the previous posts.

Oct 24th @ the Dirty Jersey (1200 8th Street, Kamloops) w/ Endast and Fenrirs Thirst. Tickets are 8 bucks, show starts at 9PM.

Kelowna Club on the 25th

Oct 31st @ Pizza Ricos (Prince George) w/ Endast and Adamant. Show starts at 8PM

Deathfest II on November 14th

November 17th @ The Pouge Mahone (Kamloops) w/ NinjaSpy & We The Undersigned. Tickets are $5 and show starts at 8PM

Maelstrom

North Okanagan's Maelstrom is still looking for a new rhythm guitarist.
They want someone that can play and keep a tight rhythm but can pull off into a lead part for the odd guitar harmony.
This would be an awesome position for any of you bandless players looking for a good band to get into!
