And it can only mean one thing, Odinfist is hitting up the town of Armstrong once again (well they practically own the place don't they?).

This Friday (yes, the 28th of May) at the Branding Iron, and they're bringing some brutal friends of theirs, Enslaved By Humans!

Show starts at 8:30, admission is only 5 clams at the door. No, not literally clams tardo!

There will also be BRAND SPANKING NEW shirts for sale going for $15, on top of drink specials, and it's all that you mofucks can hear a brand new song too!

Damn, someone should pick me up a shirt while their at it, and a beer too pl0x.
After this its off to the big Vancity, then they're heading over to our neighbors to entertain those flatlanders -erm- Albertans..

The Final Fist 2009

One of the Armstrong's local bands Odinfist is getting ready to play their final show of the year before settling down and finishing their next album, "We Are Gods".

So they're doing it with a bang to try and support their album.

The Final Fist 2009 will be held at House Odinfist, now here's the twist. It's going to be a fundraiser show to help Odinfist get some money for making their album...and they need gas money I suppose.

So bring your bottles! Odinfist has said that its perfectly acceptable to steal bottles from neighbors and relatives as a means of bringing as many bottles as you can. They will also be playing some songs from the new album that has yet to be shown to the public. Plus there's always the wicked after party!

Armstrong Open Air 2010 Needs Helps!

The bassist of Odinfist has put out a important message concerning Armstrong Open Air 2010.

CALLING ALL PEOPLE AROUND ARMSTRONG! I need a Lead on a few possible places to have armstrong open air 2010... i would like to do it in a field somewhere surrounding armstrong... if anyone knows anywhere, any help is awesome

If you don't know what AOA is, then you must have missed out on the event during the summer. It's going to be the biggest, baddest and funnest metal fest going on right here in Armstrong BC! It's first year was last year and it already had a pretty surprising turn out, and it only gets better from here.

There are a list of improvements that will be made for the 2010 fest, things like two stages (constant metal, fuck ya! \m/), and hopefully and softer moshpit (ouch, gravel!).
