New Site Coming

I was going to have updates every day, and was getting good with updating.
But the last couple days I haven't updated, after a surge of updates.

So here's the explanation to the random surge of updates.
For starters, I was sick and away from school for two, so I simply had the time for once.

Do you remember the post I made last week or whatever asking how I can improve? Well only two hardcore dudes replied to my call, and they actually gave me good tips and ideas. I'm going to sort of combine these ideas with things I already had kicking around in my head.

Which brings me to the second reason, there is a new site on the way that I'm working on, with new goodies that will be implemented.

It's going to (hopefully) rock, so you better stay tuned for when it goes live!

Keep on rocking! \m/

Another Quick Odinfirst Update

Jesse Valstar, bassist of Odinfist, has said it on all our myspace (which can be found here).

Odinfist will be playing a couple more shows before they hit the studio to record their second album, 'We Are Gods'.

They are expecting to release it by March 14th, 2010.

Remember, if you're a band in BC and want to be featured, give me a shout at bcmetalblog@live.ca

And be sure to add us on myspace!

Odinfist Update

To start this blog off, I think it's appropriate to take a look at the band that's becoming the savior of the soon-to-be Okanagan Metal scene.

That band is Odinfist!

There is still no apparent word of when their new EP will be finished and released.

An interview with Jesse Valstar (bassist) will come shortly.

In the mean time, if you're cruising around Kelowna you might as well catch Odinfist live!
October 3rd @ The Kelowna Club - 7PM is when it all goes down.
They will be joined by Bloodloss, Sarcophagus, and Pain Reborn.
Tickets are $10 at the door.

Bound to be an awesome metal show, don't miss out!

Stay tuned for more BC Metal!
